POLYPROPYLENE (RCPP) BY INJECTION MOULDING PROCESS.
DESCRIPTION
PRM1703 is a clarifying and facilitator agent for PP and RCPP, which offers superior aesthetic
properties and easy processing characteristics. Suitable for food contact or odor-sensitive applications
and home appliances.

• Stabilized the MFI indicator and mechanical properties.
• Gives higher throughput and productivity.
• The highest clarity, gloss and surface smoothness available.
• Reducing the work cycle 25-30 %, (depending on the type of mold).
• Reduce the weight of the products 5-8 %.
• Reducing the injection temperature more than 25% (235°C – 245°C).
• Reduction in energy consumption up to 25%.
APPLICATION
For improving the production process. in all kinds of polypropylene grades by injection molding.
DOSAGE OF MODIFIER
The suggested dosage level is 5-10 %, dry blend for at least 10 minutes to make sure even distribution.

Packaging
The form of the product is granule in 25 kg bags of 3 layers of PPL. Avoid moisture and UV rays during
transportation and storage.
