ANTI-OXIDANT MASTERBATCH
Description
PolyAzin-AO 41PQ is an antioxidant masterbatch based on polyethylene resin. When polymers undergo oxidation, they may lose mechanical strength, develop surface roughness, and experience discoloration, all of which reduce product performance and appearance. Oxidation can occur at various stages in the polymer’s lifecycle: during resin production and storage, throughout processing, and even during end-use.
PolyAzin-AO 41PQ contains both primary and secondary antioxidants. the primary antioxidants help prevent molecular degradation during processing, while the secondary antioxidants provide long-term thermal stabilization, extending the product’s service life.
