POLYETHYLENE COMPOUND Description
PolyAzin-F 405C is a high density polyethylene compound containing 5% calcium carbonate. It offers excellent with stiffness and Environmental Stress Crack Resistance (ESCR), along with high rigidity and good flowability, making it ideal for small blow-molded products such as bottles. This grade is naturally colored and also available in custom colors upon request. Additionally, we offer tailor-made compounds based on customer-specific technical requirements.

Processing Guidlines
- Recommended process: Blow molding
- Pre-drying: Not required under normal storage conditions, but if moisture is suspected, drying at 70°C for 2-3 hours is recommended.
- Processing temperature range: 180-210°C (depending on equipment and die design)
