Description
PolyAzin -M 515C is a polypropylene compound containing 15 % calcium carbonate, offering excellent flow characteristics. It is specially designed for extrusion applications such as film yarn, monofilament, cast film, and sheet production. This grade provides a balanced combination of superior processability and good mechanical performance. It is naturally colored and also available in custom colors upon request. Additionally, we offer tailor-made compounds based on customer-specific technical requirements.

Processing Guidlines
- Recommended process: Melt spinning, Injection molding
- Pre-drying: Recommended at 80°C for 2-4 hours to minimize moisture-related defects.
- Processing temperature range: 180-230°C (depending on equipment and die design)
