Description
PolyAzin-G 540G is a polypropylene reinforced compound contains 40% glass fiber for injection molding. The fibers are chemically coupled to the polypropylene matrix. This combination significantly improves the mechanical properties of the polypropylene, such as strength, stiffness and dimensional stability, while keeping the material lightweight. It shows good chemical resistance, heat-resistant, and has lower thermal expansion compared to pure polypropylene. This material is widely used in the automotive industry, construction and household appliances, where a combination of lightness and high performance is required. This grade has a natural color and also available in customer requested color. Additionally, we make tailor made compounds as per desired technical properties.

Processing Guidlines
- Recommended process: Injection molding
- Pre-drying: Not required under normal storage conditions, but if moisture is suspected, drying at 80°C for 2-3 hours is recommended.
- Processing temperature range: 180-240°C (depending on equipment and die design)

For optimal performance, Use within 6 months from production date
Supplied in 25 kg bags or 850 kg jumbo bags in granular form
