Description

PolyAzin PAH535S-10C  is a high melt flow rate polypropylene compound containing 10 % Calcium carbonate, designed for the production of CF, BCF and fine denier staple fibers at medium to high spinning speeds. It is also suitable for home appliance applications.  This product is ideal for odor-sensitive applications, offering consistent quality and excellent performance. This grade is naturally colored and also available in custom colors upon request. Additionally, we offer tailor-made compounds based on customer-specific technical requirements.

Processing Guidlines

  • Recommended process: Injection molding, Melt spinning
  • Pre-drying: Recommended at 80°C for 2-4 hours to minimize moisture-related defects.
  • Processing temperature range: 180-230°C (depending on equipment and die design)

Note: Actual parameters should be optimized for your specific line and targeted applications.

Packaging & Storage

  • Supplied in 25 kg bags or 850 kg jumbo bags in granular form
  • Store in a dry, cool environment; avoid UV exposure and humidity
  • For optimal performance, Use within 6 months from production date
