POLYETHYLENE PIPE COMPOUND Description
PolyAzin-E 400B3 is a black polyethylene compound specifically designed for emitting pipe applications. It contains finely dispersed carbon black and stabilizers to provide outstanding weathering resistance under agricultural field conditions. Additionally, antioxidants, processing aids, and other functional additives are incorporated to ensure excellent UV and thermal aging resistance, good mechanical properties and enhanced processability.

Processing Guidlines
- Recommended process: Extrusion
- Pre-drying: Recommended at 80°C for 2-4 hours to minimize moisture-related defects.
- Processing temperature range: 170-220°C (depending on equipment and die design)
