Description
PolyAzin-E 410C is a high-density polyethylene compound containing 5% calcium carbonate. This compound is designed to offer a unique combination of easy extrusion and high melt strength, along with excellent mechanical performance. It is particularly suitable for producing thin films with outstanding strength and rigidity. The grade is naturally colored and also available in custom colors upon request. Additionally, we offer tailor-made compounds based on customer-specific technical requirements.

Processing Guidlines
- Recommended process: Blown film extrusion, Cast film extrusion
- Pre-drying: Not required under normal storage conditions, but if moisture is suspected, drying at 70°C for 2-3 hours is recommended.
- Processing temperature range: 180-210°C (depending on equipment and die design)

Supplied in 25 kg bags or 850 kg jumbo bags in granular form
