Description
PolyAzin-F 540T is a polypropylene compound containing 40 % filler for sheet extrusion. this product offers good UV and thermal stabilization, high stiffness, excellent impact strength, and good dimensional stability. It is naturally colored and also available in custom colors upon request. Additionally, we offer tailor-made compounds based on customer-specific technical requirements.

Processing Guidlines
- Recommended process: Extrusion
- Pre-drying: Recommended at 80°C for 2-4 hours to minimize moisture-related defects.
- Processing temperature range: 180-230°C (depending on equipment and die design)
