Description

PolyAzin-N 5001 is a polypropylene compound designed for injection molding applications. It offers good UV stabilization and excellent mechanical properties with a well-balanced combination of stiffness and impact strength. It is naturally colored and also available in custom colors upon request. Additionally, we offer tailor-made compounds based on customer-specific technical requirements.

Processing Guidlines

  • Recommended process: Extrusion
  • Pre-drying: Recommended at 80°C for 2-4 hours to minimize moisture-related defects.
  • Processing temperature range: 180-230°C (depending on equipment and die design)

Packaging & Storage

For optimal performance, Use within 6 months from production date

Supplied in 25 kg bags or 850 kg jumbo bags in granular form

Store in a dry, cool environment; avoid UV exposure and humidity
