Description
PolyAzin-N 550C is a polypropylene compound containing 50 % Calcium carbonate, specifically formulated for injection molding applications. This compound provides excellent flow characteristics, making it suitable for high-efficiency production processes. It combines good mechanical strength with reliable performance in molded parts. This grade is naturally colored and also available in custom colors upon request. Additionally, we offer tailor-made compounds based on customer-specific technical requirements.

Processing Guidlines
- Recommended process: Injection molding
- Pre-drying: Recommended at 80°C for 2-4 hours to minimize moisture-related defects.
- Processing temperature range: 180-230°C (depending on equipment and die design)
