Description
PolyAzin-S 500 is a high melt flow rate homopolymer designed for the production of CF, BCF and fine denier staple fibers at medium to high spinning speeds. It is suitable for odor-sensitive applications and home appliances. It is naturally colored and also available in custom colors upon request. Additionally, we offer tailor-made compounds based on customer-specific technical requirements.

Processing Guidlines
- Recommended process: Injection molding, melt spinning
- Pre-drying: Recommended at 80°C for 2-4 hours to minimize moisture-related defects.
- Processing temperature range: 180-230°C (depending on equipment and die design)

Packaging & Storage
- Supplied in 25 kg bags or 850 kg jumbo bags in granular form
